If you decide to participate in the Biobank activities, we will ask you to:

To participate in Biobank activities, you need to create an account on this page or visit the Biobank, where we will help You to create an account. Participation in the Biobank activities is free, voluntary, and only possible after signing an informed participant consent form. After signing the consent form, we will invite you to visit the Biobank or one of its partners, whose contact details can be found in Your participant account, to give a blood sample (and later other biological samples, if will You agree) and fill out an epidemiological questionnaire, providing information about Your health that is particularly important for scientific research but is usually known only to You.
