During the visit, employees learned about the mission of the Population Biobank, ongoing research projects, and the importance of biological samples and health data in advancing disease prevention, diagnostics, and treatment. Special attention was given to data protection, participants’ rights, and the principles of voluntary participation.
Following the presentation, interested employees had the opportunity to join the biobank and donate blood samples for research purposes. We are grateful for the active engagement of Kaunas Sodra employees and their valuable contribution to the advancement of health research.
